What data we collect
When you make a reservation we store your name, phone number, optional email and the order details so we can prepare your eggs and contact you about pickup.
If you sign in with Google, we also store a stable Google identifier (sub), your name and email so we can recognise you on subsequent visits and pre-fill the form.
Microsoft Clarity
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps and session replay to improve our service. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of features and online activity. We use this information for site optimisation, fraud and security purposes.
Clarity loads only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. To withdraw consent, clear your browser storage and choose "Decline" the next time the banner appears.

Data retention
Reservation records are kept for 1 year for accounting purposes. After that they are anonymised or deleted.
